We work with you and your team to understand your goals, needs, and preferences, and design a support guide that suits you. Our services include:

In-home and community support

We can help you with personal care, home care, and community access. You can choose the activities that interest you, such as sports, arts, hobbies, or volunteering.

Learning and development

We can support you with your education, work, or life skills. We can teach you how to set and achieve goals, communicate effectively, make friends, and manage your emotions.

Access to OC Service Center and Apartment

You can join our friendly and welcoming community in Belconnen, where you can meet new people, have fun, and experience new things.

We have been operating in the ACT since 2017. We are a young, passionate organisation who are committed to making a positive impact with our unique approach and commitment to sustainable supports.

OUR TEAM

We work towards creating a workplace that sets team mates up for success by providing critical information, clear communication channels and effective escalation strategies. We understand frontline support is a steppingstone job for most people and we wish to help create positive memories for everyone involved as team members move through careers and life. We are always looking for good people who are willing to learn, work as a team and bring their personality and interests to the workplace.
